Do you have a favorite Saint? Someone who you pray to particularly, or who you try to model your own life after?

I'm a non-denominational Christian and I've been church hopping for a while to find the right fit. Many of the worship services I've attended are quite moving in the moment, but I haven't been able to find anything with staying power. If I go to church on Sunday, usually by Tuesday I'm back to feeling restless and dissatisfied. What should you do when you can't find the ideal church?
